Does anyone have experience with customer support ticketing systems?
Our company is growing, and we're finding it much harder to keep track of all our customer support inquiries using just email and spreadsheets. We definitely need a dedicated system to streamline everything, but the choices out there are overwhelming. Has anyone used a customer support ticketing system that they'd highly recommend for a small to medium-sized business? I'm particularly interested in something that's not too complex to set up and offers good reporting features.
