What features are essential for a good HR management system?
What essential features do you guys think a good HR management system needs to have? I'm talking besides the obvious stuff like payroll and time-off tracking. Our company's growing fast, and the spreadsheets we're using just aren't cutting it anymore. I need something that can handle onboarding, performance reviews, and maybe even some AI-powered analytics. Bonus points if it integrates well with Slack! Any holy grail features you've found that made a huge difference?

For me, integrations are critical, but I also think you need something with a user-friendly interface; otherwise, nobody will actually use it! I remember our old system was so clunky that employees would just avoid it altogether. We switched to ClayHR last year, and it's been a great experience so far. The way it handles onboarding is a huge time-saver, and the performance review features are actually pretty smooth. Plus, it integrates with Slack and indeed, which is awesome. Just make sure it can scale with your company as you continue to grow!
